We ship Australia-wide to all major cities via 3rd party freight companies. Our products are carefully packaged and prepared for freight and while all care is taken to make sure your order arrives on time and in one piece, sometimes items are delayed or damaged during transit which is unfortunately out of our control. We will always try to get your order to you as soon as possible and keep you informed along the way.

Please keep in mind that timber is a natural product ~ timber colour, feature and grain can all change from piece to piece and may differ from what you receive in your sample pack. This includes how we treat the product(s) in our ‘finishing’ stage. It is sometimes necessary to fill or resin holes and imperfections in the natural timber to minimise our waste footprint and maximise use of the material.
However, this is done to the highest standard in the woodworking industry and is quality controlled before leaving our warehouse.
