Shipping Information
Loughlin Furniture offers a range of shipping options depending on your postcode and the product(s) in your cart.
Please note that any delivery dates or timeframes provided by couriers are only estimates and are out of our control. While we will aim to meet these projected dates, actual delivery may occur within a reasonable timeframe surrounding the estimated date.
Loughlin Furniture offers three main delivery options;
- Free Collection from Loughlin Furniture Warehouse, Berkeley Vale Central Coast NSW
- Loughlin Van Delivery
- Third Party Freight or Courier Services (Australia Wide)
Collection from Loughlin Furniture Warehouse
We offer a free collection of your Loughlin Furniture order from our Berkeley Vale Warehouse. A loading dock is sign posted as you enter the premises and assistance is arranged to help you load your order into your collection vehicle.
Collection times are Monday – Friday 7.00am – 3pm.
We ask that you check your collection vehicle is suitable for the items being collected prior to arrival and bring necessary products including furniture blankets, ties or straps to transport the items safely to your destination.
Delivered by Loughlin Furniture - Local / Sydney / Newcastle
Local Central Coast Delivery: $97.00
Metro Sydney Delivery: $250.00
Greater Sydney Delivery: $300.00
For NSW / Local / Sydney / Newcastle delivery please note the following:
- Items are foam and shrink wrapped.
- You must be present at the agreed delivery time and provide clear access for the delivery.
- Delivery is one-person only.
- The customer must provide assistance for unloading and moving items on site otherwise request a Two-person delivery.
- Items will be placed in a safe ground-level location (e.g. entry, garage, or carport).
- Items will not be delivered upstairs.
- Two-person delivery may be arranged at an additional cost.
- Packaging disposal is the responsibility of the customer.
On occasion Loughlin will personally deliver very large orders to the mid north or south coast of NSW to save on delivery costs.
Freight Delivery (Third-Party Courier)
Loughlin Furniture uses a TEIR system to calculate the most competitive freight for your post code and items in your cart. These tiers have been developed by Loughlin to achieve the most feasible way to transport single or multiple oversized items across Australia.
Our Tier Calculator uses the total order weight and delivery postcode to determine which service is suitable for the items in your cart, as well as which services are available to your area.
If available to you, one or more options will be displayed at the checkout.
Below is a summary of the Tiered System:
Tier 1: $350 + $175 per item after initial
Tier 2: $425 + $210 per item after initial
Tier 3: $515 + $255 per item after initial
Tier 4: $750 + $375 per item after initial
Tier 5: $1,100 + $500 per item after initial
For Freighted and Courier Delivery please note the following:
- Items are foam and shrink wrapped and transported in custom 9mm MDF pallet crates.
- Delivery is curbside only.
- Someone must be present to accept delivery.
- The courier will not unload items or move them inside the premises.
- Any freight damage must be photographed and emailed to Loughlin Furniture immediately upon delivery to enable a claim.
- Failed deliveries due to no one being present will incur a re-delivery fee payable by the customer.
- Packaging disposal is the responsibility of the customer.

In-Stock Items
All STOCK ITEMS on our website are sold with free Australia wide delivery.
In stock items will be ready for delivery or collection within 1-2 weeks of payment. We can not store stock items
Delivery & Access
Prior to placing your order, it is your responsibility to ensure there is sufficient access to deliver the piece to your property. This includes shared strata or common property homes, entryways, driveways and turning bays. If the piece cannot be delivered due to inadequate access, you could be liable to pay for return shipping to the warehouse.
Storage
Short-term storage may be available only where necessary and must be arranged in advance.
Storage availability and duration are at Loughlin Furniture’s discretion and may be subject to storage fees.
International Delivery
At this stage, we don’t offer international delivery.
Wondering why we can't offer FREE SHIPPING?
While we acknowledge paying for shipping can feel like one of squandering, intangible costs, we stress that we have looked at this element of our business over and over again and continue to land on the same decision.
We charge shipping as an individual, separate price because that is the only way to fairly structure our products. All our product prices are the true value of what it costs to make them, which includes material and labour costs – that’s it! We do not inflate our pricing to include things like shipping or promotional costs.
Is our packaging recyclable?
Yes — our packaging materials are designed with recycling in mind.
Foam packaging (EPE Foam)
We use Expanded Polyethylene (EPE) foam to protect our furniture during transport, helping ensure each piece arrives safely. Made from Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE – Recycle Code #4), this protective packaging is 100% recyclable when disposed of through the appropriate recycling facilities.
How to Recycle EPE Foam
EPE foam is not typically accepted in standard household recycling bins. To ensure it is recycled correctly, it should be kept clean and dry and taken to an approved soft plastics recycling program or participating collection point where available.
In many areas across NSW, soft plastics can also be recycled through services such as Curby. As recycling programs vary by location, we recommend checking with your local council for the most up-to-date recycling options in your area.
Pallet Wrap & Stretch Film
Our pallet wrap and stretch film are made from Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE – Recycle Code #4), a durable material that is fully recyclable when processed through the appropriate recycling facilities.
When recycled correctly, LDPE can be reprocessed into reusable plastic resin and manufactured into a variety of new products, including packaging materials, bins, pipes, containers, and other plastic goods.
