After use, wipe with a damp cloth, mild detergent and leave to dry naturally. never immerse in water. If this happens please dry immediately. If the surface looks a little undernourished, spray lightly with vegetable oil. Massage oil into the timber and wipe off any excess with an absorbent paper towel.
